It was just us for Thanksgiving so we decided to head to uptown and watch the Carrousel parade. It is the "big" parade in Charlotte and it didn't disappoint at 2 hours long! We decided next time we would put the turkey in before we left.
Homegrown Olympian Ricky Berens. The kids were thrilled to see a real Olympian (not our first, saw a bunch at the Army 10 miler!). We are addicted to the Olympics so the kids are well versed in who everyone is.
A little Thanksgiving fun. Below Maggie is having her Thanksgiving treat...the gobbler cobbler!
We really enjoyed our time together as a family.
