Terefech loves to hit our favorite Ethiopian restaurant here in Charlotte. I think we have been enough at this point that they know us pretty well. We try to tell her that we could cook Ethiopian but she usually shouts no at us. Think that is a referendum on our cooking.
It truly makes her heart happy when she is here. She could eat all of this food herself if we let her. She does have a hard time with all the attention that is paid to her. The owners love seeing her come in and make a special effort to talk with her.
So good...we talk about when we go back to Ethiopia what will and where we will eat. Terefech has no doubts that she is going to come back having gained a ton of weight because she will be eating this the whole time we are there.
