Terefech is here with Stacy, her yoga instructor. They were yoga twins this day. The kids have been taking yoga from Stacy for several years and she holds a special place in our lives. She is just a good role model for both of them and they find a great amount of joy and peace in practicing in yoga.
Rich ran the Warrior Dash and donned his David Taylor shirt. This is his mud race tshirt and then he has one that he wears where he won't be disgusting by the end of the race. It is always an honor to remember David.
