We made it to Charlotte Motor Speedway for the Tuesday night Summer Shootout series. Kids race, buys over 40 and our favorite part...school bus races with the principals. My principal was racing as well as my old principal. We also had a student from our school racing as well as the Cabarrus County teacher of the year starting the races. She just happened to be from my school. There were tons of people there from all the schools so it was great to see some of my students again (I am not going back to my school) and to cheer on everyone!
