Rich and two of his friends, Dave and John, set out on a camping adventure. I won't do it justice in my description but I will give it a go. They camped at False Cape, VA. They had to bike 10 miles in to get to their campsite. They passed through a gorgeous nature preserve on the way. Their journey in was difficult as you can see they had all kinds of stuff and just kind of finagled it all together.
The beach was gorgeous and not a person to be found.

These guys have been friends since they were in high school! The best part of the whole story was that 2 hikers appeared at one point. They were hiking in because they wanted to scout the place out for a camping trip of their own. The 2 guys asked how they got their stuff in and they showed them their system but explained it wasn't very good. The 2 guys then said they could fix it and did. NASA engineers! The ride back was so much better!
