Terefech's last play of the year was about the rainforest. She was a macaw. The shirt was an accidental find since our neighbor walked out wearing it one day. We just had to have one and the shorts were so rainforesty that they worked.
We were lucky enough to have Mrs. Shields for a third year (she was Declan's Kindergarten and 1st grade teacher as well). I expect that the kids will request she attend their high school graduation. Yep, she is just that good. Her enthusiasm for learning will live on in them for the rest of their lives.
Terefech's assistant, Ms. Adaire, also holds a special place in her heart. Just the right mix of silliness, helpfulness and athleticism!
